What is the Lead Team?
Before you apply for the team, please review what it entails.
You will have to be a SERVANT LEADER, serving your college peers while growing in your relationship with Jesus Christ.
Please consider, after prayerful discernment, filling out an application. Consider whether this commitment is something you can fulfill.
All applicants must be able to commit to the following:
- Lead Team Retreat & Training. Training is essential to preparing for any leadership role. The training/retreat will take place in August prior to the school year (date and location TBD).
- Participation at LakerCatholic Nights throughout 2021-22 — at least three nights each month.
- Present at planning meetings on assigned nights. Your primary commitment is to help with LakerCatholic Nights (Thursdays 8-10 p.m.) at least three nights a month. Weekly meetings will take place prior to these nights from 6:45-7:45 p.m.
- Attend, promote, and be willing to accept supporting roles for weekend retreats (approximately two per school year) and attend any necessary
meetings related to the retreat.

After reading the description, you may fill out an application. Please note: The maximum size of the team is 12 students, so not every applicant will be accepted on the team.
