Councils

The Pastoral Council is composed of 6 – 8 members of the parish who meet with the pastor on a quarterly basis to evaluate parish activities and coordinate the various ministries, as well as planning and strategizing the future operation of the parish. While serving as advisory group to the Pastor, it operates by consensus and strategizes for the good of all. Council meetings are open to parishioners and students except for executive sessions. Meeting times are posted on the parish calendar.

The Parish Finance Council is advisory to the Pastor and is composed of active parishioners or students who have special interest or skill in financial matters and accountability. Members are appointed to three year terms after application and interview by the Pastor and Finance Council Chair. Meetings are held ten times a year, generally on the third Wednesday of the month, from 7 – 8pm.
